Today is Day 5 of the Postpartum Workout Challenge FULL BODY POSTPARTUM WORKOUT! I know how busy you are and so we will do this one in UNDER 20 MINUTES! I have the option to use dumbbells as well as a chair (or couch/bed/countertop). But I've given options to do the entire workout equipment free if you prefer. I have included modifications for diastasis recti or post-c-section and advanced options. I hope you feel amazing after this full-body postpartum workout!
