We are almost at the end! Today is DAY 13 of the postpartum workout challenge! It's also a reward for all the hard work you have been doing! We are doing a FEEL GOOD full-body stretch with postpartum pelvic floor exercises sprinkled in! I do recommend having a strap (or baby blanket/long-sleeved shirt) and 2 blocks (or water bottles or dumbbells) to full take advantage of this stretch class! I hope your body feels amazing after these postpartum stretches (especially feels amazing if you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or pumping!)
