Weight loss after pregnancy? Join me for today's 20-minute postpartum fat burning HIIT workout!


This great workout is part of a weight loss journey after pregnancy, and is just one aspect of weight management. This is also great if you just want to work on strength and cardio, and safe for diastasis recti or if you're healing after a C-section. No equipment needed but for some of the moves there are options to use light dumbbells or any alternatives.
