Today we are going to mix it up with a Postnatal Yogalates (Postnatal Yoga + Pilates Fusion) Workout! I've also added a postpartum ab workout section at the end. I have advanced options if you are nearing the end of your postpartum phase as well as diastasis recti and after c section modifications. I hope you feel great after this postpartum workout!
