Today is Day 8 of the Postpartum Workout Challenge: POSTPARTUM CARDIO WORKOUT + GLUTES! No equipment is required! I do the entire workout low impact, but I have included high impact options for those of you who it's safe for (or maybe you are doing this video with a partner or friend) I also have included modifications for diastasis recti or post-c-section.
