Today we are doing a 25-Minute No Equipment Pregnancy Cardio Workout. Includes a warm up, pregnancy cardio, and pregnancy stretches. It's also postpartum safe and you can do the cardio section babywearing as it's all standing (your baby should be old enough to support their head). Start this as early as your first trimester and continue through third trimester! I hope you feel amazing after this pregnancy exercise class (Safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).
