Today we are doing a 15-Minute Pregnancy Pilates Workout For Strengthening and Toning! You can start this as early as your first trimester and continue until your birth! I hope you feel amazing after this short pregnancy workout (safe for 1sts trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester).
